Training that pays attentionto how it actually went

A strength training app that sets your next weight based on how your last session felt — and tells you why.

“Solid set. Same weight, one more rep next time.”

Pick how it talks to you — from encouraging to savage.

Demo video goes here
(log a set → felt easy → next weight, with the reason)

Built for the lifters other apps forget: training through pregnancy, around an injury, or past 40.

Weights that adapt to how it went

Log the set, say how it felt, and the next number comes from that: up when it was easy, held when it was hard, back a step after a bad week. The reasoning is shown, not hidden.

“135 for 10 felt easy last time. 140 today. If you hit 10 again, 145 next week.”

Pregnancy, an injury, or a reason to keep it easy

Tell the app once. Exercises that are wrong for the week you are in, or the joint you are working around, step aside with a swap and a reason. A restriction from your provider locks them out entirely until you say you are cleared.

“Back squat loads the lower back you are working around. Goblet squat instead. Stops if it flares.”

Progress measured against people your age

Most apps compare you to 25-year-olds. This one shows where you stand for your age and sex — and when you’re beating the curve. Body fat from a tape measure, shown as a range against people your age, never a single number pretending to be a lab scan. Waist to height with the one target that has real evidence behind it.

“Lean mass up 2 lb over six months. Typical for the 50s is about half a pound down. You are running against the curve.”

See where you actually stand.

Talks to you the way you want

Encouraging, straight, roast, bootcamp or savage. Every line is about the set and the effort, never about you.

“That was a warmup and you know it. Do not insult the bar.”

It tells the difference between a plateau, a bad week and time off

They all look the same on a chart. The app reads the pattern across your sessions and says something useful about each, instead of adding five pounds and hoping.

“Three sessions at 185 with no change. Not a bad day — a plateau. Here is what usually breaks one.”

Recovery per muscle, learned from you

Every muscle group a session actually worked gets its own recovery clock, including the ones that got hit indirectly. Home suggests what is fresh and says when a rest day is the better call.

“Back is ready. Arms are still catching up from Tuesday — the rows did that.”

Friends and challenges, together or apart

Add friends by code. Set a challenge on a circuit, a workout, days trained, reps, or miles — for today, a few weeks, or months. Do it at the same time and the rounds move live; do it apart and you see the final scores. Friends see your name and your progress. Nothing else.

“Sam is on the app now. Challenge now → the 20-minute circuit, today, loser buys coffee.”

Loser buys coffee. Bring a friend.

Loosen up what is actually tight

Guided stretching after a session, or on its own from Home. Pick a whole area or just the part that is sore — hips, lower back, neck — and the app leaves out anything wrong for your stage or a restricted joint.

“Left out two: Cobra and the twist. Lying on your back this far along presses on a major blood vessel.”

Why I built this

I’m [first name], and I’ve been lifting for [X] years. Every app I tried was a spreadsheet with a logo — it recorded what I did but never told me what to do next, or why. [One sentence about your own moment: a plateau, an injury, a partner training through pregnancy, turning 40.] So I built the app I wanted: one that reads how the session went and makes a call I can understand. It’s built by one person, and every tester message comes straight to me.
